Out of warranty Sony Headphone repair for the WH-10000XM4 is EASY with Encompass! If your headphones are not functioning properly, we can help! To initiate a service request, place an order and we will email you a prepaid return label with instructions detailing how to ship your headphones to us for repair. We charge a non-refundable evaluation fee of $24.99 (applied to your repair) and flat rate shipping charges. When we receive your headphones, well provide you with an estimate of the part(s) and labor required to fix your Headphones. If you approve the estimate, we will use genuine Sony replacement parts to repair your Headset and provide a six-month warranty on the repair. If you decline the estimate, we will return your headphones. You will only be responsible for the evaluation fee and shipping. Your headphones will be repaired using genuine Sony parts. The evaluation fee of $24.99 plus a flat rate shipping charge of $15.00 ($39.99 total cost + applicable taxes) will be your base cost for this service. Additional parts and labor required will quoted upon our internal evaluation. If your headphones are functioning and only have a cracked or broken headband, please select the Headband Replacement option. This service offering is exclusively for the repair of non-functioning headphones. PART # is considered a skill level (insert 5 wrench graphic) or Tough fix - a challenging part repair.
