Your headband will be completely replaced using genuine Sony parts and return it to you for $84.99 plus a flat rate shipping charge of $15.00 for both your shipment to the service center and return shipping to you. ($99.99 total cost + applicable taxes) If your headphones are found to have additional functional issues, we will contact you with a quote to make additional repairs needed in addition to replacing the headband.
