This service includes an evaluation by Sony authorized technicians for a $49.00 diagnostic fee, along with a discounted flat-rate shipping charge of $30.00, covering both shipment to the service center and return shipping ($79.00 total, plus applicable taxes) and is not refundable. A prepaid return shipping label will be emailed to you after your order is completed. Once the diagnostic evaluation is finished, the service center will contact you via email to share the results, propose repair actions, and provide a detailed quote for labor and required service parts. Upon your approval of the repair quote, your AV Receiver will be professionally repaired using genuine Sony parts and returned to you.
