Bulk Returns

Encompass is now offering bulk retuns to dealers. This will help streamline the returns process by allowing you to return multiple items from different invoices at the same time.

Step 1

Search for any part number that you want to return. Look for the "Returns" link on the part page in the "History" section.

Step 2

This page will show all of your available returns for this part. Select the quantity and reason, and add them to your return cart.

Step 3

Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you are done. Now just review and create your RMA(s).

Step 4

Click "Print RMA" and include with your return.
